Eli Brown (Repopulate Mars, ViVA Music, Toolroom) is heading to Costa Mesa for his Come Together World Tour! Don't miss out #followmda

Eli Brown has rapidly established himself as an artist of real distinction in the house music world. His singularly sinister, twisted records have made an immediate impact, with Repopulate Mars, ViVA Music, Toolroom.

With such an assured house catalogue already under his belt, it's easy to forget that Eli Brown is a newcomer to the scene, having only made his debut in December 2016 with “Can You Feel It/Acid Test” on Skream’s Of Unsound Mind imprint. This debut outing led to a follow up “Got The Power” EP in April 2017 as well as a collaboration with Skream himself on “Lagos”.

With labels like Adam Beyer’s Trusoul, Solardo’s Sola and Matthias Tanzmann’s Moon Harbour championing Eli Brown, he continues to both gain support from established figures in the house world and find his music resonating with fans: his 2017 track “Sumatra” released on Toolroom in late 2017 was one of the biggest selling tracks of the year.

Airplay of 4/4 sub-bouncer 'Acid Test' from BBC Radio 1 tastemakers Annie Mac and Monki, and A-list DJs Groove Armada, Leftwing & Kody and Solardo on Rinse FM have further enhanced the standing of Eli Brown and his music, with the result that labels are now falling over themselves to sign his records. The first few months of 2018 alone saw releases with Lee Foss’s Repopuate Mars, Green Velvet’s Relief, Solardo’s Sola and elrow: an impressive roll call by anyone’s standards.

2019 has proven to be his most prolific year yet, with Eli Brown releasing a flurry of singles and EPs alongside some of the most respected names in dance music. In February he took to Truesoul to release the two-track “Our Love” EP with Will Clarke. Less than a month later he linked up with legend Sonny Fodera for “Hurt Me”, released via Solotoko. While “Brazil”, a collaboration with Lee Foss and Anabel Englund on Repopulate Mars, was awarded the title of BBC Radio 1 ‘Hottest track in the world’ by Danny Howard. His fourth release in as many months then came on the iconic Toolroom Records in May - an EP titled “Always”.

Things have been similarly exciting on the gig front, with Eli Brown making his Electric Daisy Carnival debut and playing no fewer than six sets across Miami Music Week, for Catch & Release, Toolroom, Repopulate Mars, Dirtybird, Black Book Records and SoPhat.

Showing no signs of taking his foot off the gas, he is set to collaborate with Manchester duo Solardo on soon-to-be-released new music, while also making Ibiza his summer base. While on the White Isle, he’ll play at the Toolroom parties at Eden, Hi Ibiza for BODYWORKS and ABODE Thursdays at Amnesia - somehow finding time to jet back to the UK for Lovebox Festival. If you’re not already on Eli Brown’s runaway train, you’d better act quickly.
